As an organisation, we believe that we can make a difference to young people across this country and the world. ‘Igniting leaders, changing lives’ is more than a slogan here – we believe that our work and our partnership with school leaders makes this possible. ​

What we do and what we aim to achieve drives us forward as an organisation but just as important is HOW we do these things. We want a culture where integrity, kindness, humility and the pursuit of excellence are part of how we all behave with each other and with our schools. These four things are not fluffy: they are hard to do, difficult to get right and require a huge amount of determination and perseverance to master. We are all on this journey because character is as important to us as competency. In this organisation, we admit when we are wrong, we ask for help when we need it, and we give feedback to help develop each other – we do it all, or aim to do it all, with integrity, kindness, humility and the pursuit of excellence. Who we are and how we behave is every bit as important as the job title you have.
