COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Introduction: By participating in this competition, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. The competition is organised by The PiXL Club Ltd.

Eligibility to Enter:

  1. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
  2. Employees and associates of The PiXL Club Ltd are ineligible to enter.
  3. By entering, you confirm your eligibility and ability to receive any awarded prizes.
  4. Limit of one entry per person; entry is free of charge.
  5. You must submit your feedback  by 5pm on Tuesday 16th December 2025 to be entered into the competition. Any entries after this date will not be counted.

The Prize:

  1. The winning prize is £50 Amazon Voucher. 
  2. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, with no cash alternatives.
  3. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances necessitate.
  4. Any entries made after the competition’s specified closing date will not be counted.

Winner Announcement:

  1. The winner will be randomly selected and notified via the provided email address by 16.00 on Wednesday 17th December 2025
  2. The PiXL Club Ltd will make two attempts to contact the winner via email.
  3. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit the prize, and The PiXL Club Ltd reserves the right to select a new winner.

Delivery of the Prize: The winner allows 7 days for prize delivery; alternative arrangements can be made by mutual agreement.

Data Protection and Publicity:

  1. Personal information provided during entry will be used by The PiXL Club Ltd for competition administration and as specified in our Privacy Policy.
  2. Entrants may request winner information by emailing events@pixl.org.uk
  3. The winner agrees to release their first name and place of employment to other participants if requested.
  4. The winner's name, role, school, PiXL membership status and country of residence may be announced on The PiXL Club Ltd's website and social media channels.
  5. We use a number of third parties to process personal data on our behalf. These third parties have been carefully chosen and all of them comply with the legislation. Unbounce is based in Canada and are GDPR compliant. (Privacy policy)

Limitation of Liability: The PiXL Club Ltd is not liable for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants resulting from participation or prize selection.

General: The PiXL Club Ltd reserves the right to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law: The Competition and Rules will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
