Leadership Networking

Throughout 2024-25, we want to do even more to support you and give you more control over what you need and when you need it. Our flagship national conferences, 3 times a year per sector, remain the central dates of the PiXL calendar and most of our resources and strategy releases are launched there. You will also hear from schools having impact and specialist keynote speakers. These conferences are planned based on the things our members want to hear about and are a time for making connections and contacts. Our personalised support gives you additional flexibility and control: 

  • Personalised meetings with a dedicated team of PiXL specialists, and the ability to meet with a range of other specialists in areas such as reading, curriculum, character and culture, teaching and learning, leadership and wellbeing. You can have targeted, strategic, laser-sharp meetings around the issues that matter to you with people who are specialists in these areas. You can have meetings when you want, with who you want and have total flexibility as to who you bring to these meetings.
     
  • Throughout 2024-25 you will be able to access open days, for all sectors, across the year, so you can network with other leaders and see impact in action.
     
  • There will be responsive online topical forums giving practical ideas for the trickiest current issues and getting our heads together around how to approach them.
     
  • Our online collaborative networking sessions and centralised interactive sessions on the PiXL Leadership approaches will bring together leaders who face the same very specific challenges and be solution focused.


The role of the PiXL Specialist

The PiXL Specialist helps the school find their Wildly Important Goal (WIG), explores with you which PiXL approaches may help you achieve it and who in our network can support you. The PiXL Specialist is there to support you in implementing PiXL approaches and strategies and to help you think through the challenges and opportunities, as well as leadership behaviours to help you execute and deliver the impact you are hoping to see.
 

We believe in belonging, connection and community, bringing our network together to be solution focused and responsive. There is power in this network, brilliant ideas to unlock if we just create the time and space to think.
