At PiXL, we want to ensure you have support and control over
what you need and when you need it. Our flagship national conferences, three times a year per sector, are the central dates of the PiXL calendar and most of our resources and strategy releases are launched there. You will also hear from schools having impact and specialist keynote speakers. These conferences are planned based on the things our members want to hear about and are a time for making connections and contacts.
We believe in the power of learning from each other and that our enhanced approach to networking can help you feel even more empowered and equipped in your leadership.
Your PiXL Specialist – This is your designated person who will work alongside your school, sixth from or college, all year round to discuss your Wildly Important Goals, barriers and school priorities – all part of the improving outcome conversations. You can book 15, 30 or 45 minutes at a time that suits you, whenever you like, as often as you like.
Book a surgery –This may be to discuss how to best implement a PiXL strategy, to have some support around a specific area of your leadership with qualified coaches, or to have support in specific focus areas – our specialists are experts in a range of areas, such as reading, curriculum, character and culture, teaching and learning and more. Sometimes you need time to talk and be listened to as you work through your own thinking. You can access this for any member of staff. Simply book an appointment with an expert from our team who can help you in your context at a time that suits you.
Networks – Join like-minded people who are all facing the same challenge and share practical ideas and solutions on this particular issue in our networks.
Topical Online Forums – These are for the big issues in education that hit the headlines and that need our heads together to drive innovative thinking. These sessions range from interviews with experts to a 20-minute interactive ‘Big Think’ where we share ideas at speed.
Open days– Time to get out of your setting and into another to get a fresh perspective. See strategies in action, speak to leaders, meet other people. Get some time to think with others.
