PiXL's central staff team includes Heads of each sector, curriculum specialists, a team of Regional Leaders and the operations team. We also work with school-based colleagues and independent consultants, who deliver specialist services and network with us closely. We work with each school to ensure they get the best from their PiXL subscription, with a focus on improving life chances and outcomes for young people. 

Our company culture is based on integrity, kindness, humility and pursuit of excellence, and those four things are at the heart of what we do and how we behave. The central leadership approaches that we talk about to schools are the ones we also use ourselves.
