PiXL is at an exciting time. Since January 2020, the organisation has been through enormous change and has constantly sought to flex and pivot, depending on how we could best serve our schools and our people. We have sought to do that every step of the way without losing the principles that guide us or the culture that we have established – the heartbeat of PiXL remains the same as when we first started. ​

As an organisation we believe that we can make a difference to young people across this country and the world. ‘Igniting leaders, changing lives’ is more than a slogan here – we believe that our work and our partnership with school leaders makes this possible. ​

 

We aim to do three things: ​

  1. Improve life chances and outcomes ​
  2. Influence leadership regionally and nationally ​
  3. Equip school leaders to be the agents of change for the betterment of students​

If we get these things right then we can see the impact on young people. ​

What we do and what we aim to achieve drives us forward as an organisation but just as important is HOW we do these things. We want a culture where integrity, kindness, humility and the pursuit of excellence are part of how we all behave with each other and with our schools. These four things are not fluffy: they are hard to do, difficult to get right and require a huge amount of determination and perseverance to master. We are all on this journey because character is as important to us as competency. In this organisation, we admit when we are wrong, we ask for help when we need it, and we give feedback to help develop each other – we do it all, or aim to do it all, with integrity, kindness, humility and the pursuit of excellence. Who we are and how we behave is every bit as important as the job title you have.

Current Vacancies:

The technology area of our business is at a point of growth and change as our company develops, and we are searching for an IT Manager and Data Analyst to join the team at this exciting time.  

We would love to hear from you if you are an informed IT Manager who can lead our IT team, support the business needs and collaborate with our leaders in achieving our company goals. 

We are also seeking an individual to join us in our newly created Data Analyst role. We are searching for someone who is passionate about data, loves the detail and appreciates the value data can have in making business decisions.
