PiXL is at an exciting time. Since January 2020, the organisation has been through enormous change and has constantly sought to flex and pivot, depending on how we could best serve our schools and our People. We have sought to do that every step of the way without losing the principles that guide us or the culture that we have established – the heartbeat of PiXL remains the same as when we first started.

Primary Regional Leader
Due to the current Regional Leader taking up the new role of Executive Headteacher, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed, driven, enthusiastic educationalist to join the PiXL staff as a Regional Leader.
This is a senior leadership position within PiXL as part of a team of eight Regional Leaders, who work under the leadership and direction of the Head of Regional Teams. This team oversees the work of our Associates to ensure that we build on our associate model of excellence, and quality assures the 10,000 hours of conversations with school leaders across the country. The Regional Team is a relatively new team, having been formed in 2020 and, since that time, they have been very much the ‘engine’ room of PiXL. They have brought together the intelligence from schools right into the heart of the organisation, so that we make better-informed decisions to meet the needs of our schools.
- Has had experience of working with PiXL: as an associate, a Raising Standards Leader or has worked in a PiXL school in a leadership role
- Is committed to the moral purpose of PiXL and the three principles
